Arm socks in the news!
I couldn't have been happier when i picked up Saturday's San Francisco Chronicle. Not only were my dear friends Kyle and Christopher featured in an article on the anniversary of SF's short-lived gay marriage bonanza, the Chron ran the picture above, with Kyle wearing my arm socks! Finally, some respect from the media.
Other great moments in arm socks history:
1998 - Faith dusts a vampire outside The Bronze in black arm socks (Buffy the Vampire Slayer, Season 3, Episode 3).
1999 -- Lance Armstrong begins his string of Tour de France victories, popularizing bike racing (and its arm warming accessories) with mainstream America.
2002 -- My pal Hunter meets Adam, the guy who used to sell our favorite arm socks over the internet, at a club in L.A. Talk about a celebrity sighting!
