Jenny's 30th Birthday
Jenny is finally 30, and I'm happy to say I was along for the decadence. As a warm-up on Thursday, Harold treated Jenny and me to an afternoon at Tru Spa on Kearny Street, where we got massages and facials and drank champagne in our fluffy robes.
For the main event on Saturday, the Checks hired an enormous limousine and hosted me, Guenter, John, Jon, Meredith, Molly, Nicole, Robyn and Tracy for a fancy dinner at Le Colonial.
Living large was fun, but my favorite part of the weekend was watching cooking shows in Jenny and Harold's living room on Sunday morning -- just like old times. Happy Birthday Jenny!

That is a lot of limo, but I've seen better red carpets. Nicole Kidman wouldn't walk down that even to get a better angle for spitting at Katie.

I think that's more of a rain mat than a red carpet. Was the weather that bad while I was away?
