Rainy days and Mondays
These days I actually hope for bad weather on Mondays, because it means that Mim and Pa will skip the playground and instead bring Isabel to the library near my work for Story Hour. That it only lasts for 30 minutes and there's more songs than stories is immaterial -- it is the perfect rainy day activity for an almost-2-year old and her entourage.
Here she is putting her right foot in for the Hokey Pokey:
And studying the menu at lunch after. She won over the whole wait staff by ordering her own lunch. "Noodle soup! Thank you."

That girl takes her Hokie Pokie and Noodle Soup very seriously. We should all be so focused.
