Movin' right along
Kyle and I have found a new radio station to listen to in the afternoons, when The Vine is less about music and more about traffic and reality TV show reporting. Movin' 99.7 promises to "Make You Feel Good," and so far, I have no complaints.
The all-dance playlist is a mix of the classic (Prince, Deee-Lite, Madonna) and contemporary (Usher, Destiny's Child, Black Eyed Peas). What I appreciate most are the songs I haven't heard in years, the ones I had hoped to never hear again, but-okay-just-this-once-I-love-it songs. Like, um, "All 4 Love" by Color Me Badd and "Things That Make You Go Hmmmm..." by C+C Music Factory. I know, I know, but just this once.

that station is taking the area by storm. i hear so many people voicing approval of this format that it kind of makes me sad to point out that my first exposure to it was here. Listen and here great quotes like "strengthen your wall of women" and "Movin targets women 25 to 44."
