Cupcake club: before and after

before.jpg and%20after.jpg

Jenny and I spent all of last Saturday morning in her kitchen, making two kinds of cupcakes and four flavors of frosting for her party that night. We were both about to pass out by the end, sustained only by all of the flour, butter and sugar we were eating in the process.

One lunch at Universal Cafe, two much-needed showers and many hours later, we reconvened to present the cupcake bar to her nearest and dearest. It was a big hit, if I do say so myself. Long live cupcake club!

Jenny posted some good party pics here.

You must have been pretty tired if you were eating flour.

Haven't you ever heard of bringing cupcakes home to the folks that couldn't make the party.
