Sexiest Man Alive
People Magazine has named George Clooney the "Sexiest Man Alive" again (the first time was in 1997). While obviously this title is just a marketing gimmick to sell magazines, it makes me kind of mad every year that someone else wins. I mean, Matthew McConaughey (2005)? Eh. Ben Affleck (2002)? (shudder.) Pierce Brosnan (2001)? I really don't think so. Johnny Depp (2003)? Well, sure -- maybe as a 1st Runner Up, in case George Clooney cannot perform his Sexiest Man Alive duties for some reason. Other than that, let's close the contest.
